Hailey was discovered in Beaumont, Texas by Barbizon of Houston staff in a Model Search.

Since graduating from Barbizon of Houston at age of 18 her modeling career has taken her to New York and Los Angeles. Hailey has graced the cover of the National Chevy Catalog, modeled for Harold Powell and appears in Academy Television Commercials.

Hailey's photo shoot wearing prom dresses in Sean Collection will appear in the December issue of Prom and Teen Magazine. Hailey will also be featured in the February 2001 issues of Teen, Seventeen, and YM magazine in the Barbizon National Ads.

While modeling Hailey also balances an education at a major university.
